#ThirstyThursday with a healthy twist

Good morning and happy #ThirstyThursday babes! This morning, I got together with one of my favorite boss babes and friends, Amber from 108 Reasons (follow her on IG for DELISH plant based recipes and more). We made a yum, super healthy and quick (perfect for the millenial on the go!) smoothie that I wanted to share with you all.

Before I share the recipe with you all, I want to tell you a little bit more about Amber because I think you guys will love following her and will gain tons of inspiration and positivity (& not to mention learn a bazillion bomb ass/easy/healthy recipes from her).

Being in the creative space, it's really important to have an accountability buddy and that's what Amber is to me. We keep each other accountable on projects, business ideas and life in general. My vibes literally can go from low or normal to high after talking with her (as cheesy as it may sound). We bounce ideas off each other, talk about #businessgoals and usually chat over an acai bowl or green juice. We're both marketers but it's great chatting with her because she gives me a different perspective on marketing and business since she focuses on different spaces (health & wellness mostly) than I do and has different areas of expertise than I do.

I also love Amber's platform because her mission is to inspire people to try healthier foods and to create healthier habits by demonstrating that living a healthy & balanced life is...easy. Amber is a WHIZ in the kitchen and is always sharing tasty recipes and food tips with me.

Today, I'm sharing her delicious tropical green smoothie recipe. Since it's so easy and quick for on the go, we named it the milleniGAL Tropical Green Smoothie. Super excited to share the recipe she shared with me this morning with you all because you guys... it's SO easy and healthy!

milleniGAL Tropical Green Smoothie Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup spinach

1/2 frozen Banana

1/2 C Frozen Mango

1/2 C Frozen Pineapple

1tbl spn Philosophie Green Dream Protein Powder

1C Coconut Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend all ingredients well & enjoy!
