As a new mom and flight attendant, I am now balancing jet lag and mom life ✈️.

From navigating airports to afternoon naps, we're talking about jet lag and motherhood to raising kind, thoughtful little humans all while planning the next trip and playdate.

Why I Created This Mom Map 🤎🌴

I made this because when I first became a mom, I would spend so much time searching for places to get out of the house with my little one. I was always looking up things like “coffee shop near a park” so I could grab a treat for myself and take my mini. While experiencing PPD/PPA, getting out of the house and doing something I used to enjoy doing before becoming a mom (exploring new places) while bringing my new bestie was important and shaped my postpartum and motherhood experience.

I spent an ungodly amount of time looking for spots for play dates, or trying to find baby friendly activities, stroller friendly spots, picnic areas and family friendly restaurants. I figured if I was doing all that digging, other moms probably were too. So I put everything in one place.

I hope it makes your days a little easier and helps you find new spots with your family! I have been pouring so much of my love into this little project and I'm still working on it whenever my boss (read toddler) allows me- LOL so this early access is definitely a work in progress. Please feel free to DM me on IG or TikTok and let me know what you think or any suggestions! I want to make this as best possible for other moms and families in San Diego. Right now, the map only shows places I have personally vetted (except a couple of exceptions where I write in the notes that I will be visiting soon). Each location pin has a short description that I felt were important to share about the location like parking, whether it's stroller friendly or ideas nearby to check out. I have no affiliation with any of these places nor was I compensated for sharing them, they are just genuinely spots I recommend for different reasons.
